Concept Brief

TDC was brought into the project as the clients were living abroad and the home had been tenanted for many years. This property is far more than just a house – it is a grand residence, with a lot of architectural details throughout. But sadly it had been neglected.

With an impending sales campaign – we were given a tight timeframe to transform this home back to its former glory.The property was already under renovation with trades being managed by the owner from overseas. Immediately, we took control and begun the project management of the renovations as well as commencing the decorating process.

We worked by day with the trades, and corresponded by night with our client to accommodate the differing time zones and kept the momentum going to quickly execute the transformation in time for the sales campaign to begin.

Project Highlights

We brought in three different staging companies to provide us with their best furnishing concepts to enhance the level of grandeur this property deserved. Many meetings later and we had a spectacular result. Our clients arrived after the furniture was installed and were completely overwhelmed. They couldn’t have been happier.

Our clients also utilised our Concierge Service. We managed all the trades and were onsite preparing for each home open –, lighting candles, baked goods, windows and doors opened, mood lighting created, leaves swept, pool cleaned, furniture straightened. Everything was taken care of, so our clients didn’t have to do a thing.

Final Result

This home sold at auction for a street record much to the delight of our clients. We also resumed our partnership with them when they returned to Sydney and continued to use our services on future properties.
