Our projects are managed by our experienced team with over 60 trades and years of experience. No job is too big or too small, so whether it be bathroom and kitchen facelifts, extensions, landscaping, decking or interior design and styling – we undertake all facets of your project so you have only one point of contact throughout the duration of the works.

Rod Dickson

Conceptual Designer & Principal

The Principal and Founder of TDC, Rod has spent over 25 years in the style industry. He established a career for himself in his early twenties, with the opening of a branded fashion boutique. This quickly morphed into a unique lifestyle establishment renowned within the industry. Rod’s creative instinct has continued to evolve throughout the years with focus on style, his conceptual eye for design and his ability to connect with his clients’ needs. His appetite for all things design coupled with his ability to forged strong lasting relationships with clients, sales agents and suppliers has cemented him as a force within the industry.

Rod has always been passionate about cohesive design, believing that the design and building process should be fluid. ‘We listen to our client needs and develop an overall concept which suits their lifestyle yet brings together style with daily function.’

When he’s not working he can be found running the pavements of Manly, eating out with his kids or with his wife Jane, following in her passion for the outdoors and healthy lifestyle.

Ellouise Harris

Project Manager

As the lead Projects Manager at TDC Ell gained the majority of her experience in the Electrical field, designing and building over 280 data centres in geographically dispersed locations. Prior to this role, Ell managed major Defence contracts which lead her to receiving the esteemed “Young Achiever of the Year” award for successfully leading a project team that saved the Australian government millions!

When she’s not managing Rod, Ell can now be found running up and down a soccer field cheering her eldest or running after her beautiful babies as she takes on her best and busiest role yet! Be sure to look closely at her water bottle … it may just be a drop of Rose!

Anna Hunt

Office Manager

With over two decades of real estate industry experience, Anna is well versed in working to deadlines in a calm and organised manner. When she isn’t keeping the two above in check and managing behind the scenes, she is a Mum to two little ladies who keep her on her toes but also that smile on her face. But don’t be easily mistaken - there may just be rose in her water bottle too…
